Aventuria: Tsulu Team Challenge is an expansion for Aventuria: Chalices of Power released in 2025. Its main mechanics are Cooperative Game.
Lizard Swamps, 1047 FB You have been called back to the Island of the Mummy Lords. This is where, one year ago, you defeated a large horde of the undead. Today, the island is home to a dig site by the Dragon Egg Academy, led by Archmage Rakorium Muntagonus. He suspects a powerful artifact on the island, which the lizard priests want to use in a ritual to reawaken a terrible being by the name of “Tsulu.” After spending a couple of uneventful weeks at the campsite, on one fateful morning you hear drums from the surrounding jungle, and a humongous army emerges from from the mists. Will you succeed in defending the dig site against their onrush? The Team Challenge Tsulu is a fully cooperative, multi-parallel group adventure that uses Aventuria rules. All heroes compete together against a horde of enemies commanded by dangerous leaders. You may also play this adventure as a normal group Adventure with 3 to 4 heroes, but we recommend it as a multi-parallel group Adventure with at least 8 heroes, divided into at least 2 groups. Such a team challenge is usually played as part of a larger game event. —description from the publisher
Aventuria: Tsulu Team Challenge belongs to these categories: Expansion for Base-game. Its main mechanics are Cooperative Game. Categories describe the theme and setting of a game, while mechanics describe what players actually do on their turns. Each mechanic links to a catalogue hub with similar games, which helps when you want something comparable.
The catalogue lists Aventuria: Tsulu Team Challenge as an expansion for Aventuria: Chalices of Power. Expansions add new content, rules or scenarios to the base game and usually cannot be played on their own, so you need Aventuria: Chalices of Power to use it. Check that your edition of Aventuria: Chalices of Power is compatible, as some expansions were revised between editions.
