Here is how MeepleRules uses data to help you discover games, understand rules and listen to stories.

Data we use

For an account, we store your name, email, avatar and sign-in details, along with favourites and listening progress. We also process rules questions, conversations and technical session data to provide these features and protect the service.

If you request an unavailable assistant or narration, we store your email, game, feature and language to confirm the request and send one readiness notification. You can cancel using the link in the email.

Service providers

Hosting, sign-in, email and AI providers process the information needed for their respective features. Questions and relevant game materials may be sent to AI providers to prepare answers or narration. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in questions.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies keep you signed in; browser storage remembers preferences. Optional analytics through Google is enabled only with your consent. You can reset that choice by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
