About the game

A card-game version of San Marco. Once again players are trying to gain influence in the districts of Venice. One player divides a set of cards in two piles, the other chooses who gets which pile. Cards give influence in districts, actions or negative points.

Questions and answers

Canal Grande supports 2 players according to the catalogue. This is the publisher’s listed player count, so the game is designed for exactly that number of participants. Variants for other group sizes, if any, are described in the rulebook of your edition, so check it before setting up a different configuration.
