Dual Clash Poker is a board game released in 2019 for 4 players, 20 minutes per game, and ages 7 and up. It was designed by Takeshi Matsushita and Tatsuya Iwakura.
Dual Clash Poker is a pair of fighting card game fighting 2 to 2. The game will start with 1 to 7 and the Joker with just 8 cards. The rules are simple. The one who issued the biggest number card among the four people is the winner of that round! However, if there are other people who gave the same numbers to the battlefield, even if they are issuing the largest numbers, they will fail immediately. The person who submitted the next big card becomes the winner of the round. In the total of the pair, it is the final winner to control the 4 rounds first. Which pair pairs the opponent's strong cards while crushing the game, checking the game and winning first? This work is packaged with the same design as the game appearing in Movie Bet Kegelui which is supervised by Oink Games ! It has become a product that you can take home the excitement in the movie and play it as it is! (Since the game rules are supposed to use a special system in the play, it has been slightly changed in the packaged version) —description from the publisher
Dual Clash Poker supports 4 players according to the catalogue. This is the publisher’s listed player count, so the game is designed for exactly that number of participants. Variants for other group sizes, if any, are described in the rulebook of your edition, so check it before setting up a different configuration.
The listed playing time for Dual Clash Poker is 20 minutes. This is the publisher’s estimate for a full game. The actual duration depends on the group, the player count and familiarity with the rules: first sessions usually run longer, while experienced groups often finish faster. Setup and teaching time are not included in this estimate.
The catalogue lists Dual Clash Poker for ages 7 and up. This is the publisher’s recommendation and reflects reading demands, rule complexity and small components rather than theme alone. Younger players can often join with help from an adult, so check the age guidance on your edition and consider your group’s experience with board games.
Dual Clash Poker has a complexity rating of 1.0 out of 5 from BoardGameGeek players, which makes it a light game. The rating reflects how much rules knowledge, planning and decision-making a typical game demands. Expect a longer first teach for heavier games, and use a preparation guide before game night.
