About the game
The Moon ushers in a time of uncertainty & illusion, when nothing is what it seems. It is revered as a deity by the pagan Gütter. There is a reason why the moon holds so much mystery. It is reputed to hold an entire arcane civilization. The mists of confusion are increased by the fact that it seems you are only able to travel to the Moon in dreams or with the aid of magic & distorted consciousness & no one takes anything back from there except their memories. The pagan Gütter are trying to harness the power of the Moon & the Imperial Würst want to stop them. The Moon Wizard has other ideas. You must travel to the Moon & discover the mysteries of the power of the Moon Wizard. You must discover the cryptic, archaic Moon & not succumb to the Moon Madness. Moon Madness contains a booklet with a new campaign, rules & lore. Four playable characters: Eccentric Astronomer, Gütter Witch, Lunatic Lush & Night Knight. With new Loot, Skills & Weaknesses, Encounters, Monsters & Danger cards, a mini board of the Moon, counters & more! Box is 9”x6”x2” (the same size as Mean Streets). Moon Madness takes place before the Hand of Doom menaced the Würstreich! A new campaign pitting you against lunar cultists trying to draw down the moon & eventually exploring the moon itself! Your party must travel to the Moon using dreams by eating a special cheese & going to sleep at the Mondgasthaus. You wake up in Mondheim, the biggest city of the Moon! Featuring a book with the rules & lore about the Moon! 4 new playable characters; Eccentric Astronomer, Gütter Witch, Lunatic Lush & Night Knight, associated loot, skills, weaknesses, encounters, monsters & a mini map/board of the moon! —description from the publisher
