It's a warm September morning, the first day of a long-awaited vacation. You have arrived at the parking lot at the foot of the picturesque mountains. You unpack your backpacks from the car, tie your shoes properly and set off on a gentle uphill route. For the next few days you will travel mountain paths, collect undergrowth and enjoy the beautiful views. Perhaps you will be able to discover the forgotten, unbeaten paths that will lead you to the Five Peaks. After reaching the top of the mountain, add your pebble to the traditional stone tower and in the evening pitch your tents and enjoy the panorama of the mountain slopes. Five Peaks is a game about mountain hiking. During the game, you will use your own sets of cards to perform various actions. You will develop your decks to find more efficient ways to move or gather resources. Discovering new places, building towers of pebbles on top of mountains or collecting panoramas are just a few ways to gain victory points and leave the rest of your teammates behind. Who will be able to visit all Five Peaks and collect the most points? Pięć Szczytów to gra o górskich wędrówkach.

Some setups, rules and scoring details may still vary by player count, so check your edition’s rulebook for the exact configuration.
The listed playing time for Five Peaks is 50–125 minutes. This is the publisher’s estimate for a full game. The actual duration depends on the group, the player count and familiarity with the rules: first sessions usually run longer, while experienced groups often finish faster. Setup and teaching time are not included in this estimate.
The catalogue lists Five Peaks for ages 9 and up. This is the publisher’s recommendation and reflects reading demands, rule complexity and small components rather than theme alone. Younger players can often join with help from an adult, so check the age guidance on your edition and consider your group’s experience with board games.

The rating reflects how much rules knowledge, planning and decision-making a typical game demands. Expect a longer first teach for heavier games, and use a preparation guide before game night.
