Mob Sitters is a board game released in 2019 for 3–6 players, 15–30 minutes per game, and ages 8 and up. It was designed by Paul Brook.
Earn a fortune in babysitting's toughest job! Mob Sitters is a party game for 3-6 players where you play as greedy babysitters working for various mobster bosses! In your turn you play various cards to either earn extra money such as doing jobs for the mobster boss or stealing items from their home. Should cards still be around on your next turn, you 'bank' them and put them in your safe pile. However, if someone wants to dob you in, you could face a very uncertain future, locked up in prison. Or worse, 'disposed of' by the Boss! After 6 rounds of playing and resolving cards, players total up the value of cards in their 'Boss' piles. The player with the most is disposed off by the boss and is out of the game. Next the remaining players total up the value of cards in their 'Cops' piles. The player with the most is sent to Jail and is out of the game. The remaining players total up the value of cards in their 'safe' piles. The player with the highest amount wins the game! —description from the publisher Contents: 6x Player boards 6x 20 Card Decks (Player Decks) Rulebook
Mob Sitters supports 3–6 players according to the catalogue. This range comes from the publisher’s listed player count, so the game can be set up for any group size within it. Some setups, rules and scoring details may still vary by player count, so check your edition’s rulebook for the exact configuration.
The listed playing time for Mob Sitters is 15–30 minutes. This is the publisher’s estimate for a full game. The actual duration depends on the group, the player count and familiarity with the rules: first sessions usually run longer, while experienced groups often finish faster. Setup and teaching time are not included in this estimate.
The catalogue lists Mob Sitters for ages 8 and up. This is the publisher’s recommendation and reflects reading demands, rule complexity and small components rather than theme alone. Younger players can often join with help from an adult, so check the age guidance on your edition and consider your group’s experience with board games.
Mob Sitters has a complexity rating of 2.0 out of 5 from BoardGameGeek players, which makes it a medium-light game. The rating reflects how much rules knowledge, planning and decision-making a typical game demands. Expect a longer first teach for heavier games, and use a preparation guide before game night.

The catalogue lists Mob Sitters as a base game. It can be played on its own with the components in the box and does not require any other title. Expansions, if any exist, add new content or rules on top of it and are listed separately in the catalogue with a link back to this base game.
