Ninja All-Stars: Clan Tora is an expansion for Ninja All-Stars released in 2016 for 2–4 players, 90 minutes per game, and ages 13 and up. It was designed by John Cadice, Deke Stella, and David Freeman and its main mechanics are Dice Rolling and Grid Movement.
Description from the publisher: The Tora are, much like their totem the Tiger, a proud and haughty people, always ready to pounce, taking the initiative or advantage. The Tora find it hard to understand or trust anyone who won’t fight for their ideas or express their emotions with passion. Honor is of extraordinary importance to the Tora, and they pursue it and defend it with the utmost of their fiery passion. The Tora have applied their fiercely competitive nature to the arena of the mind in the same way that they compete physically. Combined with their mountainous homeland, this inquisitive competitiveness has shaped the Tora into the preeminent smiths and alchemists in all Kagejima. Tora weapons are finely forged and their understanding of alchemical reactions is unsurpassed, leading them to make, not only the first firearms on the island, but the finest as well.
Ninja All-Stars: Clan Tora supports 2–4 players according to the catalogue. This range comes from the publisher’s listed player count, so the game can be set up for any group size within it. Some setups, rules and scoring details may still vary by player count, so check your edition’s rulebook for the exact configuration.

The actual duration depends on the group, the player count and familiarity with the rules: first sessions usually run longer, while experienced groups often finish faster. Setup and teaching time are not included in this estimate.
The catalogue lists Ninja All-Stars: Clan Tora for ages 13 and up. This is the publisher’s recommendation and reflects reading demands, rule complexity and small components rather than theme alone.
