Ricochons: Quand Satan brouille l'écoute is a board game released in 2021 for 1–99 players, 10–20 minutes per game, and ages 18 and up. It was designed by Cyril Blondel and its main mechanics are Deduction, Cooperative Game, and Solo / Solitaire Game.
Ricochons is a cooperative game. In each box there are 30 grids filled with words. For each grid, the goal is to complete a dialog by solving riddles through associating words and ideas in the right sequence. The words that remain left at the end of the grid will form a rebus that will help the players to complete an existing dialog. Each grid can be solved separately, but the dialog to be completed continues from one grid to another and tells a story of funny detectives investigation (this is the theme). All players work together in associating the words and solving the riddles. There is no restriction in communication and the game finishes when a grid is solved.
Ricochons: Quand Satan brouille l'écoute supports 1–99 players according to the catalogue. This range comes from the publisher’s listed player count, so the game can be set up for any group size within it. Some setups, rules and scoring details may still vary by player count, so check your edition’s rulebook for the exact configuration.

Setup and teaching time are not included in this estimate.
The catalogue lists Ricochons: Quand Satan brouille l'écoute for ages 18 and up.
