This mini expansion, which is exclusive to the Kickstarter backers, introduces three different animals to the game: the Pufferfish, the Sunfish and the Japanese Spider Crab. Each allows the player to gain Victory Points in unique ways: The Sunfish grants 2 Victory Points for each set of 3 funds you still have at the end of the game. The Pufferfish grants 1 Victory Point for each Coral token in the player's aquarium. The Japanese Spider Crab grants 1 Victory Point for each advanced fish token in the player's aquarium, itself included. This pack also includes a unique Spotted Garden Eel meeple to replace the scoring marker cube from the base game.
Aqua Garden: Kickstarter Rewards supports 2–4 players according to the catalogue. This range comes from the publisher’s listed player count, so the game can be set up for any group size within it. Some setups, rules and scoring details may still vary by player count, so check your edition’s rulebook for the exact configuration.
