Elements of the Gods is a board game released in 2021 for 1–5 players, 30–90 minutes per game, and ages 14 and up. It was designed by Jay Vowles and its main mechanics are Area Majority / Influence, Tile Placement, and End Game Bonuses.
You are a young god at the dawn of civilization, using the powers of the elements to gather worshipers and influence them to do your bidding. Use stonemasons to build monuments to glorify your name, and beautify your monuments with lush green spaces tended by gardeners. You’ll also need mystics to perform your sacred rituals, and the zealots willing to spill their own blood in your honor. The god who can attain the most glory wins! On your turn, you will choose one of the five Elements and place it on the board, manipulating the Worshipers to allow you to play a card from your hand. You will score points by building Monuments and Gardens and playing Divinity cards, and at the end of the game you will score bonus points from the Worshipers in your domain. —description from the publisher

The listed playing time for Elements of the Gods is 30–90 minutes. This is the publisher’s estimate for a full game. The actual duration depends on the group, the player count and familiarity with the rules: first sessions usually run longer, while experienced groups often finish faster. Setup and teaching time are not included in this estimate.
The catalogue lists Elements of the Gods for ages 14 and up. This is the publisher’s recommendation and reflects reading demands, rule complexity and small components rather than theme alone. Younger players can often join with help from an adult, so check the age guidance on your edition and consider your group’s experience with board games.
