About the game

This expansion includes new aviation rules, 8 airplane cards and a new goal card: Gernika. These cards (nine in total) are printed in normal paper and have to be cut out by the player. Among others the airplane cards show Soviet Polikarpov I15 (popularly known as "chatos" and "moscas") for the republican side, and German Junkers 52 (used by the "Legion Condor" during the raid of Gernika) on the nacionalist side.

Questions and answers

Gernika supports 2 players according to the catalogue. This is the publisher’s listed player count, so the game is designed for exactly that number of participants. Variants for other group sizes, if any, are described in the rulebook of your edition, so check it before setting up a different configuration.
