About the game

Guilds of Zarruhk is an expansion for Gudnak that introduces a faction from a desert city ruled by merchant guilds. Its Mehkaniks build and maintain the Mehkina, enormous machines powered by Al-Flux, a fuel produced using the light of the dying sun. The expansion introduces the Modular mechanic: Modular fighters can be played as attachments on other Modular fighters, granting their abilities and traits to the host. Smaller Mehklets support the faction by granting fighters free actions, creating new combinations of movement, attacks, and abilities. Players use these cards in Gudnak’s tactical battles, deploying and maneuvering fighters across the grid to capture an opposing stronghold. The expansion requires the Gudnak base game. —description from the publisher
