About the game

Invers is a two-player abstract game in which players alternately slide tiles out of a 6x6 grid and flip them over. One face is plain red or yellow, the other is a red or yellow dot. On your next turn you push the inverted tile into the grid, forcing another tile out. You only invert the tiles once to show the dot side and you cannot slide out the opponent's dot. Gradually the board locks up, unless you start sliding out your own flipped tiles. Winner is the first to invert all their tiles, or have the most flipped when no further moves are possible.

Questions and answers

Invers supports 2 players according to the catalogue. This is the publisher’s listed player count, so the game is designed for exactly that number of participants. Variants for other group sizes, if any, are described in the rulebook of your edition, so check it before setting up a different configuration.
