SATANIMALS: Annihilation is an expansion for Satanimals released in 2023 for 2–4 players, 10–25 minutes per game, and ages 14 and up. It was designed by Marlon Fussell and its main mechanics are Push Your Luck.
Annihilator, the world devouring banana slug, is on course for it’s next course: Planet Earth! Meanwhile cultists are gathering outside your zoo awaiting its very slow arrival. Will your offerings on the Altar appease the world devourer? Will the prophecy reign true and reveal the chosen one? SATANIMALS: Annihilation includes a physical altar for players to perform a new action, placing offerings. Be the first player to have an offering on the altar at the start of your turn to summon Annihilator! Roll the demonic die at the end of the game to find out how many points Annihilator is worth. While you're at it, you can now attract Cultists to your petting zoo! Will you sacrifice your Cultists along with your Visitors, or take the risk and hope your Cultist is the chosen one? -description from designer
