The 7th Continent is a cooperative exploration and survival board game for 1 to 4 players. This demo for 1 to 3 players introduces the main mechanics of the game. However, be aware that many aspects of the full adventure are not covered here, like choosing which direction to take while exploring the continent, curses and their clues, hunting, food, fire, experience points, levelling up characters (Advanced Ideas), botany, secondary quests, companions, and many other things. In this mini-adventure, your goal is to find a way off a small island you have been stranded on. There are several ways to do it... I wonder if you can find them all? There are only 10 cards in the Action Deck. This is a PnP Demo independent from the main game, created as a prelude for the main adventure.
The 7th Continent: Print & Play Demo supports 1–3 players according to the catalogue. This range comes from the publisher’s listed player count, so the game can be set up for any group size within it. Some setups, rules and scoring details may still vary by player count, so check your edition’s rulebook for the exact configuration.
The listed playing time for The 7th Continent: Print & Play Demo is 15–45 minutes. This is the publisher’s estimate for a full game. The actual duration depends on the group, the player count and familiarity with the rules: first sessions usually run longer, while experienced groups often finish faster. Setup and teaching time are not included in this estimate.
The catalogue lists The 7th Continent: Print & Play Demo for ages 12 and up. This is the publisher’s recommendation and reflects reading demands, rule complexity and small components rather than theme alone. Younger players can often join with help from an adult, so check the age guidance on your edition and consider your group’s experience with board games.
The 7th Continent: Print & Play Demo has a complexity rating of 3.0 out of 5 from BoardGameGeek players, which makes it a medium-weight game.
