Cosmos: Expansion Pack is an expansion for Cosmos released in 2025 for 3–6 players. It was designed by Pashi, Takacha, and Gi-Tas and its main mechanics are Card Play Conflict Resolution and Trick-taking.
Introduces 6 additional cards to the game: 1 Nebula card (red), and 5 Comet cards (gold) numbered 4-8. Nebula: The Nebula card is a very powerful card that can avoid taking tricks in most cases as it does not need to follow the "Must-Follow" rule and can be played at any time on your turn, regardless of the suits played by other players. It is then turned face down immediately. Comets: The initial impression of the Comet cards may be that they act similarly to but seem weaker than the Black cards. However, since there is no need to follow the "Must-Follow" rule after the Break, the Comet cards can be used to aggressively target "Collision" and avoid taking tricks.
Cosmos: Expansion Pack supports 3–6 players according to the catalogue. This range comes from the publisher’s listed player count, so the game can be set up for any group size within it. Some setups, rules and scoring details may still vary by player count, so check your edition’s rulebook for the exact configuration.
