The author based the rules on the Clasics TVs Show, the C21 Comic and the Big Finnish's "Dalek Empire" Audio dramas. The rules covers; Daleks Trans-Solar discs Robomen Orgrons Dalek Orgaisation Dalek Tactical Doctrine The rules was first published in Ragnarok, issus 55.
