Nothing can stop a ROVE from its task. Once they reach the shore, it’s time to activate their aquatic descent protocols and continue their mission! ROVE: Dive Mode is a 1-card amphibious expansion that combines the core ROVE game with Aqua ROVE. Once you’ve completed a normal game of ROVE, place this card over your last mission to initiate Dive Mode, then continue your game using the Aqua ROVE rules and cards. If you can manage to complete 7 Missions of each, you’ve earned the title of Ultimate Amphibious Explorer!

Variants for other group sizes, if any, are described in the rulebook of your edition, so check it before setting up a different configuration.
The listed playing time for ROVE: Dive Mode is 15 minutes. This is the publisher’s estimate for a full game. The actual duration depends on the group, the player count and familiarity with the rules: first sessions usually run longer, while experienced groups often finish faster. Setup and teaching time are not included in this estimate.
The catalogue lists ROVE: Dive Mode for ages 8 and up. This is the publisher’s recommendation and reflects reading demands, rule complexity and small components rather than theme alone. Younger players can often join with help from an adult, so check the age guidance on your edition and consider your group’s experience with board games.
