Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Game is a board game released in 2003 for 2–4 players, 60 minutes per game, and ages 6 and up. It was designed by Craig Van Ness, Gabe Gierosky, and Justin Brinkmeyer and its main mechanics are Roll / Spin and Move, Dice Rolling, and Point to Point Movement.
From the box: "Time to apply some Turtle Whacks! "In the heart of the city, a towering skyscraper houses the evil SHREDDER, finalizing his plans to take over the world. Four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles know they must find a way into the skyscraper in order to battle the vicious SHREDDER and stop his plans. But as they make their way through the sewers and along the city streets, they encounter SHREDDER'S henchmen trying to stop them. A ride on the subway can help the Turtles get closer to their goal. A side trip to Baxter Stockman's lab will slow them down. Which Turtle will make it past their enemies and defeat THE SHREDDER? Will it be you?" There are two sets of rules for the game. The basic game is a simple roll-and-move affair for kids, but the advanced game is much better, and plays somewhat like a stripped-down Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Game supports 2–4 players according to the catalogue. This range comes from the publisher’s listed player count, so the game can be set up for any group size within it. Some setups, rules and scoring details may still vary by player count, so check your edition’s rulebook for the exact configuration.
The listed playing time for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Game is 60 minutes. This is the publisher’s estimate for a full game. The actual duration depends on the group, the player count and familiarity with the rules: first sessions usually run longer, while experienced groups often finish faster. Setup and teaching time are not included in this estimate.
The catalogue lists Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Game for ages 6 and up. This is the publisher’s recommendation and reflects reading demands, rule complexity and small components rather than theme alone.
