Buen Viaje is a board game for 2–6 players, 60 minutes per game, and ages 8 and up. Its main mechanics are Roll / Spin and Move.
Players will travel by the world, passing by the five localities indicated in a card of selected trip at random and returning to the departure point, a Spanish city chosen by the own player. Every player gets some money and his travel card. He can choose between road, ship and plane routes to get his destinations and every kind of transportation costs different (100, 500, 5000). A road travel rolls half of a six dice roll. A ship travel rolls one six dice. A plane travel rolls two six dices. At every destination city, players must stay one turn and buying a postal card for 500. Contents are a board depicting the whole world and routes, 65 postal cards, 13 travel cards, 6 pawns, 2 dices and money.

Some setups, rules and scoring details may still vary by player count, so check your edition’s rulebook for the exact configuration.
The listed playing time for Buen Viaje is 60 minutes. This is the publisher’s estimate for a full game. The actual duration depends on the group, the player count and familiarity with the rules: first sessions usually run longer, while experienced groups often finish faster. Setup and teaching time are not included in this estimate.
The catalogue lists Buen Viaje for ages 8 and up. This is the publisher’s recommendation and reflects reading demands, rule complexity and small components rather than theme alone. Younger players can often join with help from an adult, so check the age guidance on your edition and consider your group’s experience with board games.
