Pathfinder Dice Conquest is a board game released in 2025 for 1–4 players, 30 minutes per game, and ages 10 and up. It was designed by Stephen Avery and Eugene Bryant and its main mechanics are Dice Rolling and Cooperative Game.
Face a gauntlet of iconic Pathfinder monsters, solo or with up to 3 friends, using a set of 7 polyhedral dice as your weapons! Use the included set or any of your favorite standard sets! It’s perfect for travel, as all you need is dice and the deck of cards! Each round, you’ll roll the dice and take turns placing them on monsters, doing damage equal to the die’s value. Defeat them by doing damage equal to or greater than their health, using your character’s abilities and items to increase the damage! Many monsters will have special requirements, like the Jinkin, who must be defeated with seven damage EXACTLY! Or the Hydra, who must be defeated before it re-grows its head! Defeat one of three randomly-determined bosses at the bottom of the deck for your heroes to stand triumphant and win the game! Pick from 6 unique characters to play, and, to make things more challenging, add in advanced spell cards! Contents: 7 Polyhedral Dice 23 Creature cards 3 Boss cards 6 Hero cards 8 Spell cards 4 Health Tracker cards 4 Player Aid cards 5 Tokens 1 Rulebook -description from publisher
Pathfinder Dice Conquest supports 1–4 players according to the catalogue. This range comes from the publisher’s listed player count, so the game can be set up for any group size within it. Some setups, rules and scoring details may still vary by player count, so check your edition’s rulebook for the exact configuration.
The listed playing time for Pathfinder Dice Conquest is 30 minutes. This is the publisher’s estimate for a full game. The actual duration depends on the group, the player count and familiarity with the rules: first sessions usually run longer, while experienced groups often finish faster. Setup and teaching time are not included in this estimate.
The catalogue lists Pathfinder Dice Conquest for ages 10 and up. This is the publisher’s recommendation and reflects reading demands, rule complexity and small components rather than theme alone. Younger players can often join with help from an adult, so check the age guidance on your edition and consider your group’s experience with board games.
Pathfinder Dice Conquest has a complexity rating of 2.0 out of 5 from BoardGameGeek players, which makes it a medium-light game. The rating reflects how much rules knowledge, planning and decision-making a typical game demands. Expect a longer first teach for heavier games, and use a preparation guide before game night.
